Pantoloc (Pantoprazole), referred to as Protonix in the United States, is a medication designed to address issues in the stomach that are a result of too much stomach acid being produced. Pantoloc (Pantoprazole) treat gastric and duodenal ulcers as well as gastreosophageal reflux disease (GERD). GERD occurs when acid splashes back up into the esophagus.
