Patient Family Information : Follow your doctors instructions. Do not take this medication in larger amounts or for longer than recommended by your doctor. Take Parnate by mouth with or without food. Keep using this medication even if you feel fine. If you miss a dose of Parnate, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your dosing schedule. Do not take two doses at once. Follow the instructions on your prescription label.
Do not use Parnate if you are allergic to any ingredient in Parnate. Do not use Parnate if you have a history of stroke, heart disease, congestive heart failure, a brain disease, headaches, congestive heart failure, liver disease, or abnormal liver function tests, high blood pressure, or an adrenal gland tumor.
