Precaution : Do not use with contact lenses, wait 10 minutes after application before putting your contact lenses back in. If your eyes become red or irritated do not wear contacts. Warnings : Do not use with contact lenses in and wait at least 10 minutes before placing your contacts in. Avoid use if the liquid changes color or particles are in the liquid. Do not touch the dropper on any surface, as this may cause the dropper to become contaminated and increase the risk of an infection.

Patient Family Information  : Use Patanol as it was prescribed to you. Wash your hands thoroughly before use. Apply by first tilting your head back slightly. Pull down the lower eyelid in order to create a small pocket. Look up and away from the dropper and squeeze a drop out. Close your eye and maintain gentle pressure on the corner of your eye (the corner closest to your nose) for 1 minute. If another drop is need, wait at least 5 minutes between drops.
